In my previous roles, I've coordinated field engineering teams, managed day-to-day operations, service contracts and SLAs, supported customers, and used data and performance information to identify opportunities for improvement.
I'm very hands-on, organised, and comfortable taking ownership. I'm often the link between service, sales, engineering, and management, making sure communication is clear, priorities are understood, and issues are resolved efficiently.
My experience across FMCG, healthcare, HVAC, and manufacturing has taught me how to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and keep operations moving without losing structure or attention to detail.
